What You'll Do

  • Design and configure global Calibration processes in Workday, building biannual talent review cycles from the ground up.
  • Lead the Workday functional workstream for our Succession Planning Extend application.
  • Own merit and compensation data conversion, loading high-volume transaction data from our external compensation tool into Workday.

  • Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering knowledge sharing.

  • Expert-level EIB and Excel proficiency with high-volume HCM and Compensation data conversions.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to drive mid-sized Workday projects end-to-end independently.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior HR leaders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with competing priorities, delivering results on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating unclear business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Passion for operational excellence with demonstrated experience optimizing processes and creating comprehensive documentation.
  • Self-directed and proactive work style, anticipating stakeholder needs and taking ownership from concept through execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
