EX Squared is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to provide strategic leadership for our marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact, senior-level position where you will define and drive the marketing vision forward.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead all marketing functions, including brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and own the marketing budget and ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to drive growth and market positioning.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above).
- Proven track record of developing and scaling successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-caliber marketing teams.
- Expertise in budget management, marketing analytics, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will collaborate with a distributed team using modern communication and project management tools.
