Lead technical talent acquisition across LATAM for a fast-moving, remote-first organization. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical engineering positions, identifying and engaging high-impact software engineers across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and full-stack disciplines.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source engineering talent using advanced techniques and an established regional network
- Design and deliver practical screening methods that assess real-world problem-solving and logic
- Conduct initial evaluations to gauge technical depth, communication skills in English, and alignment with team dynamics
- Guide candidates through a polished, responsive hiring journey that reflects a high-touch standard
- Share actionable intelligence on local market trends, compensation norms, and competitive talent movements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on software engineering positions such as Tech Lead, Full Stack, Front-End, Back-End, and DevOps
- Proven success in high-volume agency environments with tight timelines and competitive placements
- An active, ready-to-engage pipeline of engineering professionals in LATAM
- Familiarity with the LATAM technology landscape and hiring dynamics
- Confident understanding of key technologies: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
