Saga is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead critical, high-impact initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex programs, coordinating across teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead planning and execution for large-scale, cross-functional technical programs
Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
Manage dependencies, risks, and communication across engineering and business teams
Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and program predictability

What We're Looking For

7+ years of technical program management experience in a software/product development environment
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team programs from conception to delivery
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
