Saga is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead critical, high-impact initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex programs, coordinating across teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead planning and execution for large-scale, cross-functional technical programs
- Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Manage dependencies, risks, and communication across engineering and business teams
- Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and program predictability
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in a software/product development environment
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team programs from conception to delivery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
