As a Sr Technical Product Manager, you will shape the future of programmatic advertising by advancing core workflows in planning, targeting, bidding, pacing, budgeting, and delivery. Your work will directly influence platform intelligence, performance, and scalability through the integration of AI and machine learning models.
What You'll Do
- Drive the evolution of real-time bidding systems and data pipelines, ensuring low latency and high reliability
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions for bidding optimization, budget pacing, forecasting, and multi-objective decisioning
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps
- Create detailed product documentation, including PRDs, technical specs, and Confluence content to align stakeholders
- Define reporting, measurement, and attribution frameworks that deliver actionable insights
- Enforce standards for privacy, compliance, identity resolution, and data governance across the platform
- Support go-to-market efforts by enabling sales, customer success, and marketing teams with tools and knowledge
- Lead release planning, testing strategies, and enablement for new DSP capabilities
- Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural integrity by managing technical debt and advocating for scalable design
- Align cross-functional teams around governance, best practices, and platform consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in technical or platform-focused roles
- Proven experience guiding system design discussions involving APIs, data models, and architecture trade-offs
- Ability to define QA strategies tied to product requirements
- Solid understanding of backend systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines
- Proficiency with SQL and technical documentation; ability to read and discuss code
- Experience launching internal tools, APIs, or platform features used across multiple teams
- Strong communication skills to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, identifying cross-team patterns, and driving consensus

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in ad tech, marketing automation, or advertising APIs
- Hands-on experience building ML- or AI-driven product features
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Degree or professional experience in software engineering or related technical field
