Code Metal is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Signal Processing to own product discovery, direction, and outcomes for our signal processing customers. This leadership role ensures we build the right code translation pipelines for applications across radar, telecommunications, space, electronic warfare, and SIGINT environments.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for code translation pipelines focused on Signal Processing solutions.
- Define and prioritize the FPGA, ASIC and edge-SoC platforms to target for accelerated deployment.
- Engage directly with commercial and defense customers to understand their evaluation, adoption, accreditation, and scaling processes.
- Combine customer and end-user needs with technical feasibility to shape functional specifications, user stories, and success metrics.
- Identify patterns across customer engagements to inform platform capabilities over one-off solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management, technical product leadership, or adjacent roles in Radar and Signal Processing.
- Experience developing FPGA, edge-SoC, or hardware-constrained solutions for radar systems, telecommunications, electronic warfare, SIGINT, or space applications.
- Experience with radar and signal processing algorithms.
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for algorithm development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong product discovery skills including customer interviewing and problem framing.
- US Citizenship required.
