1Password is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build diverse pipelines for critical roles across our growing business. You'll partner closely with talent and hiring teams to understand needs and drive hiring success.

What You'll Do

Partner with Staff and Senior Talent Partners to develop customized sourcing strategies for key leadership roles.
Partner with the talent team and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies based on role needs.
Develop pipelines of talent for future opportunities in teams with high volumes or niche skillsets, such as cybersecurity, access management, and AI.
Build diverse, high quality pipelines that convert into long term hires for critical roles, using metrics and data.
Provide guidance to hiring managers and the talent team on current trends for skillsets and experiences.
Provide guidance and training to the talent team on implementing creative sourcing strategies.
Connect with employee referrals to build our pipeline of talent.
Work with tools and systems like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and events to find and engage diverse top talent.
Conduct initial phone screen conversations, advocate for 1Password, answer candidate questions, and provide recommendations.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

What We're Looking For

5+ years experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter within a high growth technology organization.
Deep experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
Experience sourcing candidates at various leadership levels, including Director and above.
Experience sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles, including technology, sales, marketing, finance, and strategic operations.
Background in researching and sourcing candidates using a variety of methodologies and mediums: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, events, etc.
A passion and commitment for diversity and inclusion.
Experience identifying innovative or creative ways of sourcing talent for hard-to-fill roles.
A bias for action: you move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

Experience sourcing globally and within Cybersecurity is an asset.

Compensation: USA: $109,000 USD - $147,000 USD; Canada: $102,000 CAD - $138,000 CAD + equity grant.
