Join LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Senior Solutions Consultant, Identity Verification. In this presales role, you will be at the forefront of digital identity, scoping, designing, and demonstrating compelling IDV solutions for regulated and security-conscious organizations. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to identify client needs and recommend IDV workflows.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
- Serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead detailed discovery sessions with compliance, risk, fraud, and engineering stakeholders.
- Document and design IDV workflows, including fallback logic, decision trees, and integration points.
- Translate business goals into clearly scoped technical solutions and success criteria.
- Lead structured Proofs of Concept/Value with KPIs tied to performance.
- Coordinate with Delivery for test environment setup, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with product and engineering to ensure test coverage and resolve technical blockers.
- Relay customer feedback and insights to Product to influence roadmap prioritization.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on IDV industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Support sales enablement by reviewing playbooks and creating reusable demo assets.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical presales role within SaaS or Security/IDV.
- Familiarity with IDV technologies, including OCR, facial biometrics, passive/active liveness, and fraud detection.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and SDK integration (iOS/Android/web).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

- Prior experience supporting regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, crypto, telecom).

- Compensation varies by location: $113,100 - $188,500 (MN, HI, CO); $118,700 - $197,900 (IL, MD, WA); $130,100 - $216,800 (CA, DC); $124,500 - $207,400 (NY, NJ); $81,400 - $135,500 (CA).
