Valiantys is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant - ITSM to provide expert consulting and technical guidance for our clients. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and design effective ITSM solutions.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to analyze their ITSM processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Design and architect scalable, robust ITSM solutions aligned with client goals
- Provide expert technical guidance on ITSM platform configuration and best practices
- Lead workshops and presentations to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and consulting on ITSM solutions
- Deep expertise in IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL
- Proven ability to design and configure ITSM platforms for enterprise clients
- Strong communication skills, with experience leading client workshops and presentations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements in a remote setting
