Workday is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to the sales organization, building a compelling vision of our Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution within the Healthcare Industry. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Build a compelling vision of Workday’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution within the Healthcare Industry.
- Partner with sales counterparts to drive both Net New pursuits and Customer Base upsells.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at healthcare organizations.
- Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges.
- Collaborate regularly with Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management teams on account activity.
- Work closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants on fast-moving opportunities and large, strategic deals.
- Spot opportunities to better support customers, uplevel peers, and operate with efficiency and purpose.
- Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to drive increased revenue and sustainable business outcomes for customers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of extensive Health Care Supply Chain domain expertise.
- 5+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based Supply Chain management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor).
- 5+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role.
- 3+ years working with core Supply Chain concepts with advanced domain knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory.
- Ability to travel 50%.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $126,000 USD - $189,000 USD
- Equity: Annual refresh stock grants
