Reliable Robotics seeks a Sr. Software Engineer – Engineering Productivity to join our team. You will work fullstack to enhance developer experience, streamline workflows, and build robust internal tools that accelerate engineering velocity.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platforms
- Design fullstack solutions to automate manual processes and reduce friction
- Diagnose and solve systemic engineering pain points across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs and implement effective tooling
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in a senior software engineering role, with a focus on developer productivity or platform engineering
- Proven fullstack development skills, capable of building end-to-end tooling solutions
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives to improve developer experience
