What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain web applications that are both powerful and intuitive. Translate business goals into technical implementations, ensuring every feature meets high standards for functionality and usability. Write clean, maintainable code across the full stack and take ownership of regular testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to prototype, refine, and deploy solutions in rapid cycles. Contribute to both front-end and back-end systems, integrating data and building custom features that directly respond to customer needs. Stay current with evolving web technologies and security practices to ensure robust, future-ready applications.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Minimum of two years in a professional web development role
- Proven experience with web frameworks such as Flask or Django
- Strong working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficiency in Python is essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with solid project management abilities in fast-moving settings
Technical Stack
Our development environment includes Linux, Python, Flask, React, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Vue.js. Familiarity with these tools is critical for success in this role.
Work Mode
This is a local position based in Boston. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the city to support in-person collaboration and team engagement.
