What You'll Do
Design and deliver complete product features by leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and autonomous agents. You'll embed AI-driven logic—such as content generation, workflow automation, and decision systems—directly into the product and internal tooling. Your work will span from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with external services and data pipelines.
Optimize engineering workflows by implementing AI-powered development practices that increase both velocity and reliability. You’ll prototype quickly, iterate based on feedback, and refine systems to balance speed with long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer with a track record of owning and delivering production systems
- Proven experience applying large language models and AI tools in real-world product environments
- Skill in designing end-to-end workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system behavior
- Experience connecting and orchestrating multiple APIs and third-party platforms such as analytics tools, CRM systems, and documentation software
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured approach to complex, open-ended challenges
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
- Excellent communication skills, especially when working across technical and non-technical teams
