Cherry Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development of their fintech platform. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, crafting intuitive user experiences, and mentoring team members as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Own the full stack by designing and building robust APIs and creating engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build fast, user-centric features
- Guide architectural decisions and elevate engineering standards
- Mentor teammates and champion a culture of feedback and learning
- Drive improvements in performance, security, and reliability
What We're Looking For
- Have 4+ years of full-stack experience
- Are fluent in modern backend tools (Node.js, Python, or Go) and frontend frameworks (React or similar)
- Understand database design, API patterns, and CI/CD best practices
- Have a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related fields
- Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working asynchronously
- Lead with curiosity, empathy and a sense of ownership
