What You'll Do
- Write, test, and deploy code every day—no exceptions
- Build complete features from UI to API to AI logic, independently
- Design and refine multi-agent workflows that execute business tasks autonomously
- Turn unstructured user behavior and feedback into clear, functional product improvements
- Debug complex system interactions across agents, APIs, and frontend states
- Collaborate directly with founders and early users—no intermediaries, no bureaucracy
- Help define how the team builds, tests, and ships software moving forward
Requirements
- Daily use of AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
- Firm belief that GenAI is reshaping software development at a fundamental level
- Proven ability to build full-stack applications using TypeScript and Next.js
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or multi-agent architectures
- A portfolio of real projects—GitHub repos, shipped apps, or side products you can point to
