Job Title: Fullstack Software Engineer (Remote)Company: Keragon Inc
Role Overview:Keragon is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to design and scale core systems of their HIPAA-compliant, no-code automation platform for healthcare. The engineer will build fullstack features end to end, enhance automation and AI capabilities, and contribute to integrations while working remotely in a cross-functional, engineering-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and scale core systems: Architect and evolve the core components of our platform, including the workflow runtime engine, AI Copilot, and API. Ensure reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Build fullstack features end to end: Develop user-facing features in the workflow editor UI and connect them to backend services through our API.
- Enhance automation capabilities: Improve the workflow execution engine and contribute to our AI Copilot for efficient workflow creation and debugging.
- Drive integrations with our SDK and CLI: Help develop and improve tools for secure, high-performance third-party API integrations.
- Optimize system performance and security: Deliver HIPAA-compliant, fault-tolerant solutions with strong testing, monitoring, and security practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and customer-facing teams to deliver clean, usable solutions.
- Incorporate AI tools and agentic workflows to streamline development and ensure quality, security, and correctness.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven coding skills in any modern programming language (our stack is end-to-end TypeScript, but language-agnostic).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, scalability, version control, and fault-tolerant design.
- Fullstack experience building and maintaining production systems.
- End-to-end ownership of shipped features or products.
- Mission-driven mindset with interest in solving healthcare challenges.
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
- AI fluency: experience using AI coding tools with strong engineering judgment.
