What You'll Do
Take full responsibility for designing and delivering product features that directly affect business outcomes. From initial concept to deployment and monitoring, you’ll guide solutions through every stage, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term goals.
Architect backend and frontend systems within a modern TypeScript stack, making thoughtful trade-offs between speed and sustainability. You’ll work across services and interfaces, contributing to both immediate deliverables and foundational improvements.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering peers to define problem scope, prioritize work, and refine technical direction. Your input will shape not only code but also how teams approach challenges and measure success.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Ability to design robust, scalable solutions independently and articulate technical decisions clearly
- Solid grasp of software design principles and systems thinking across distributed architectures
- Track record of owning features from definition through deployment and beyond
- Practical judgment—balancing clean architecture with the urgency of delivering value
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in evolving environments
- High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep personal commitment to code quality, system reliability, and product impact
- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows—such as debugging, exploration, or implementation—without compromising ownership or quality
