You will drive the definition and implementation of foundational service strategies, with a focus on Identity and Access Management, empowering internal teams to consume services easily and securely.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement innovative IAM strategies, including federated login, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control.
- Champion cloud-native, resilient architectures designed for enterprise-scale and fault tolerance.
- Develop robust self-service capabilities, empowering users to access services seamlessly and independently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate architecture, systems, processes, standards, and tools.
- Lead architectural discussions to deliver secure, highly available cloud solutions.
- Automate the creation and management of scalable, resilient infrastructure through code.
- Establish and promote best practices for building secure and reliable cloud applications.
- Optimize architectures for performance, cost, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, focused on cloud, automation, and orchestration.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IAM.
- Expertise with identity and access management technologies (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Centrify).
- Proven ability to design and manage role-based access control and AWS IAM policies.
- Strong background in federated login solutions and translating business/security requirements into effective IAM policies.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience building automation pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker).
- Solid experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Strong scripting/coding skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Multi-cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience in cloud networking and security.
- Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support.
Nice to Have
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and AWS SSM.
- Relevant cloud certifications.
