Opus Agency is hiring a Sr Signage Lead

Lead the vision and execution of signage programs for high-impact live events, expos, and brand activations, overseeing both print and digital components from initial planning through onsite deployment. This role serves as the central hub connecting creative development with production logistics, ensuring seamless integration across teams and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct end-to-end signage operations, aligning creative goals with production timelines and budget constraints
  • Coordinate internal workstreams including print, large format, and digital signage, ensuring unified execution and clear decision-making
  • Lead client-facing walkthroughs and venue reviews to finalize branding and wayfinding strategies
  • Manage onsite signage deployment, troubleshooting in real time and maintaining quality control
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract coordination, and delivery timelines to ensure compliance with project specs
  • Track and report on project status, budget variances, and scope changes to internal leads and client stakeholders
  • Facilitate internal review sessions and pre-client meetings to align creative and operational teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including signage plans, space layouts, and attendee journey maps
  • Drive process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and strengthen cross-team collaboration
  • Support post-event wrap-up, including asset archiving and budget reconciliation

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should bring at least eight years of experience in creative project management, with a focus on event production or experiential marketing. Deep familiarity with digital and large-format signage workflows is essential, along with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Airtable, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Monday.com
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and negotiating deliverables
  • Strong grasp of budget tracking, forecasting, and change order processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate creative intent into operational plans
  • Comfort working in high-pressure environments with frequent changes and tight timelines
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including onsite presence during event execution
