What You'll Do
Oversee the full lifecycle of signage initiatives for major client events, aligning creative vision with logistical execution. Lead internal teams and vendor partners through planning, design approval, and onsite implementation, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, budget, and timeline requirements. Serve as the central point of accountability, bridging communication gaps between creative, production, and client stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and lead venue walkthroughs to finalize signage placement and wayfinding strategies. Manage all client-facing communication related to signage, maintaining clarity and consistency while allowing the creative team to focus on execution. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including signage plans, space layouts, and journey maps, ensuring alignment across departments.
Establish and track project timelines, driving internal and external deadlines for design reviews, proofs, and final file delivery. Monitor approved budgets closely, coordinating with workstream leads to anticipate changes and manage scope adjustments. Lead internal review sessions and vendor meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned prior to client engagements.
