Mindex is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to architect and maintain custom Salesforce solutions that power our business. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from design to implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, and triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed in all development activities.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience leading, mentoring and coaching developers a plus.
- Salesforce Developer certification (preferred).
