What You'll Do
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions, from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs, prioritizing performance and scalability
- Translate complex business and clinical requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions
- Establish and enforce coding standards, source control practices, and automated testing frameworks
- Drive CI/CD pipeline development and deployment strategies using SFDX and sandbox environments
- Integrate observability practices—monitoring, logging, and alerting—into development workflows
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep familiarity in Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and core CRM functionality
- Proven ability to lead technical design and architecture decisions in complex Salesforce environments
- Strong experience with Git-based version control and a preference for programmatic development over declarative tools
- Expertise in automated testing across unit, integration, and system levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in healthcare or startup settings is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools across the SDLC
