What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated enterprise solutions spanning cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures. You'll define technical architectures for marketing and data platforms, shaping integration strategies, workflow automation, and governance standards. Your work will include building targeted customer segments and designing intelligent marketing workflows using Salesforce Einstein and related cloud technologies.
You'll architect scalable solutions connecting retail systems, content management platforms, and e-commerce environments to enable precise B2C marketing capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you guide best practices in platform design and data orchestration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions across diverse infrastructure models
- At least 4 years in a technical architect role, focusing on marketing technology and data platform design
- Proven expertise with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, or Google marketing technologies
- Strong background in API integration patterns and stacks, including AWS-based services
- Experience modeling relational data and working with RDBMS, HTML, and CSS in enterprise contexts
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, marketing automation logic, and cloud platform connectors, particularly in Salesforce Einstein
- Direct experience integrating retail, CMS, and e-commerce systems to support targeted marketing initiatives
