We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Bot Developer to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot our existing bot infrastructure at Remote VA. The successful candidate will ensure the bot operates efficiently, evolves with business needs, and delivers consistent value through collaboration with stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on the bot to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement upgrades and enhancements based on user requirements and organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate new features.
- Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
- Document updates, changes, and best practices for future reference and continuity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on bot development or maintenance.
- Familiarity with bot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and webhooks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for bot hosting.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team setting.
- Adaptability to learn and implement new technologies as required.
