What You'll Do
Work on-site and alongside customer engineering teams to deeply understand their operational goals and technical landscapes. Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Python, Node.js, and ROS, tailored to each deployment environment—whether cloud or on-premises. Lead the development of proofs-of-concept through to full production integration, iterating quickly based on real-time feedback.
Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align technical delivery with business outcomes. Translate field insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams, directly influencing the evolution of the core platform. Share knowledge by documenting integration patterns, improving internal tooling, and guiding new team members to strengthen the overall function.
