What You'll Do
You'll collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to design and implement robust, production-grade AI agents. This includes leading technical discussions during pre-sales, crafting proof-of-concepts, and ensuring successful deployment and operation of agent-based applications such as interactive assistants, automated research tools, and complex workflow orchestrators.
You’ll lead technical workshops, deliver hands-on training, and provide architectural guidance post-sale, helping teams adopt best practices and make informed roadmap decisions. You’ll also gather insights from the field to create reusable patterns, code examples, and practical guides that improve customer outcomes at scale. When it adds clear value, you may contribute code back to core platforms.

- Strong foundation in Python and JavaScript, with deep understanding of systems design
- Experience building agent-based or LLM-driven applications that go beyond basic API usage, including multi-step logic, error resilience, and process orchestration
- Proven ability to engage with developer teams during technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Clear communicator who can articulate technical tradeoffs and earn trust with technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset—you focus on results, not just advice
- Self-directed and action-oriented, comfortable learning on the fly
- Motivated by deploying AI agents into production, not just prototyping
