What You'll Do
Design and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs. Configure platform settings, develop client- and server-side functionality, and contribute to technical planning and documentation. Provide expert guidance during solution design and support testing and deployment phases to ensure smooth implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in integration tasks using standard web technologies and ensure system interoperability across platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Holding valid ServiceNow certifications
- Prior exposure to ITSM tools such as BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, or HP platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating systems via web services
- Familiarity with XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, and SOAP protocols
