Served With Honor seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technology peers to design and integrate comprehensive solutions, ensuring the system's performance, security, and usability while leading complex projects from discovery to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Work with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce administration.
- Design, build, and implement automations, workflows, validation rules, and other configurations.
- Set up and maintain integrations with third-party applications and downstream systems.
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene, performing data audits and managing imports, updates, and backups.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage new tools within the GTM tech stack.
- Conduct regular Salesforce maintenance, including bug fixes and performance enhancements.
- Provide timely troubleshooting for Salesforce and GTM tool issues.
- Establish and maintain governance policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to align solutions with broader technical architecture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the Salesforce instance and implement optimizations.
- Monitor system resources and recommend improvements for scalability.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead change management initiatives related to Salesforce updates and new features.
- Provide mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of SFDC architecture and best practices.
- Expert knowledge in Salesforce administration concepts like app building, user provisioning, and data management.
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing GTM tools like Calendly, ZoomVoice, and NetSuite.
- Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows) and SOQL.
- Experience handling multiple support cases, including mass data updates, user provisioning, security rules, and creating objects and fields.
- Knowledge in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apex.
- Preferred knowledge in Salesforce Community Experiences.

You will report to the VP of Technology and work alongside Salesforce Architects, Developers, and the broader Technology team.

- Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000
