NETGEAR was looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager

NETGEAR is hiring a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to play a critical role in strengthening our global sales effectiveness. You will equip sales teams and partners with the messaging, skills, tools, and programs needed to win.

What You'll Do

  • Develop high-impact sales and business-focused talk tracks for customer and partner conversations.
  • Design and maintain a structured onboarding program that accelerates new-hire ramp time.
  • Build and run an assessment framework to validate sales competencies.
  • Analyze skill gaps across the global sales organization and define remediation paths.
  • Assess and recommend next-generation sales technology solutions to integrate into workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate product, marketing, and operational updates into training.
  • Lead communications and enablement content tailored for long-tail partners and extended sales audiences.
  • Create self-service, scalable enablement assets to broaden reach.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Training, or related roles within a B2B or channel-driven organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience creating business-oriented, sales-facing content like talk tracks and pitch narratives.
  • Experience developing and running onboarding programs and structured ongoing enablement cadences.
  • Ability to design and administer skills assessments or certification programs for sales representatives.
  • Expertise working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Project management excellence, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and hit deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting channel or partner sales motions.
  • Background working in technology, networking, hardware, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms, including AI-powered platforms, Learning Management Systems, or analytics tools.
