Paired is seeking a Sr Recruiter to lead efforts in finding and attracting the best talent in the industry. You will execute recruitment strategies to identify top talent and work closely with clients to provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Headhunt for Manager and above roles across multiple industries with a focus on the South East Asia region.
- Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking.
- Partner with clients to understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matching.
- Manage the full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation.
- Leverage various specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talent.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering.
- Proficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
