Syneos Health is looking for a Sr. Project Specialist to support clinical development projects by managing project files, data, and communications. You will work within a team dedicated to advancing clinical research.
What You'll Do
- Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information on various databases and systems.
- Maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports.
- Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items, following up on actions.
- Record the status of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in assigned systems and assess and communicate KPIs.
- Prepare and provide status reports to customers with oversight.
- Ensure all study documents are archived based on appropriate guidelines and policy.
- Serve as the project representative for internal and external audits and support quality assurance activities.
- Serve as the primary customer contact when the Project Lead is out of the office.
- Mentor and train Project Specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in French and English.
Team & Environment
You will work under the oversight of a Project Lead (PL) and seek input from a Project Director.
