About the Role

JLL is hiring a Senior Director of Construction, Corporate Interiors to lead and deliver a challenging portfolio of corporate interior projects for a key financial services client. This critical position within our Regional Project Team is responsible for projects ranging from $100K to $50M+, ensuring successful delivery through strong project management and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of corporate interior projects, including strategy, design, scheduling, bidding, permitting, execution, and close out.
  • Act as a player/coach, mentoring a group of junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Develop high-level estimates, schedules, and detailed project budgets based on historical and market data.
  • Prepare project updates, identify and communicate risks early, and provide solutions to meet client-driven schedule and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders and vendors.
  • Monitor and manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from programming through construction close out.
  • Develop master project schedules and manage performance against milestones and critical paths across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users.
  • Prepare RFPs for design and contractor services and manage the overall vendor selection process.

What We're Looking For

  • 10-15+ years of experience leading real estate strategies with a focus on Corporate Interiors.
  • Experience managing multiple diverse project types, ranging from $100K to $100M+ in size.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage multiple stakeholder groups, maintain client relationships, and manage conflict resolution.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.
  • Experience managing complex, high-end / high-touch Corporate Interior projects.

Team & Environment

This role holds a critical position within our Regional Project Team. You will act as a player/coach, mentoring a group of junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators, and must have the ability to manage 4-8 projects at a time.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $157,000.00 – $220,000.00 USD per year.
