Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of projects for a key Financial Services Account. You will oversee multiple projects through all phases, from identification to closeout, while focusing on client needs and driving process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional planning and hands-on oversight for multiple projects, including security, signage, decommissioning, ADA, ATM, major renovations, and tenant improvements.
- Manage multiple projects at various phases and locations through design, planning, client approval, permitting, construction, and financial closeout.
- Demonstrate full accountability for end-to-end project delivery.
- Lead project teams of architects, engineers, contractors, property management, brokers, and various client teams.
- Deliver weekly updates on project schedule, budget, and risk to the Team Lead and/or Regional Manager, and input data into client web-based tools.
- Develop risk management plans and guide teams through work authorization processes to protect critical environments.
- Apply top-tier project management skills to decipher client needs and define project goals and scope.
- Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases, including charters, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, and closeout reports.
- Manage vendors to ensure full policy compliance and achieve formal project closeout within 60 days of completion.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of seven years of project management experience across all aspects of design and construction.
- A strong knowledge base in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification.
- LEED Accreditation.
- Experience within Financial Services.
- Project Management experience in Financial Services Tenant Upfit and Retail Banking.
