BetterHelp is looking for a Sr Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI, data, and digital transformation solutions. In this role, you will guide data-driven projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, business strategists, and client stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical delivery.
Work closely with growth, client engagement, and technical solutions teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Oversee the development of data-driven strategies that address business challenges and lead to sustainable, impactful solutions.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using various project management methodologies, adapting to changing client needs.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and proprietary tools within the team and the broader organization.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and the application of these technologies to business challenges.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience working with remote or cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
