Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Product Owner to oversee multiple digital products from concept to delivery. This role is for a strategic, technically savvy leader who combines hands-on product management with mentoring responsibilities, using agile methodologies to deliver high-value outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Understand business and end-user needs, identifying and prioritizing features to maximize value delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure development efforts align with product vision and objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, lead planning sessions, and maintain transparent communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop near- and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with business owners, adjusting priorities based on feedback.
- Define and track key product success metrics, using data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage the lifecycle of multiple products, maintaining prioritized backlogs and ensuring readiness of user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user stories, define features, and document technical requirements.
- Assist with vendor management, contract review, and negotiation to support product development.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
- Mentor other Product Owners, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum six (6) years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent specialized training or experience may substitute.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) required.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) and process flow/documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
- Experience with UI mockup and design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Ability to manage multiple products and priorities, planning 3–6 months ahead.
Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of financial industry products and services; credit union experience preferred.
- Additional product lifecycle certifications preferred.
