Braze is looking for a Senior Producer to oversee end-to-end digital project execution for a leading brand. You will manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while driving the production of high-quality digital experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with the brand’s creative standards.
Identify and address critical project challenges, including budget constraints, delays, resource allocation, team morale, output quality, creative direction, and technical obstacles.
Manage client expectations on tasks, deliverables, and final approvals through regular project reviews and interim milestones.
Track project progress, ensuring timelines are met and providing consistent updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, even during challenging phases of large projects.
Review all deliverables before they are shared with the client, guaranteeing they meet creative and brand standards.
Drive continuous process improvements, identifying areas to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in digital project management.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase website, email, digital marketing asset and e-commerce projects from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of creative and production workflows, from concept to completion.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
