Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Product Manager to lead and optimize educator-focused workflows within our dynamic learning platform. You will enhance end-to-end experiences for educators, drive product adoption, usability, and overall satisfaction while defining strategic vision and identifying opportunities for innovation.

What You'll Do

Develop and communicate a long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals.
Drive measurable success through product adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
Identify, validate, and execute on premium opportunities within the platform’s content experience.
Champion strong product discovery and delivery practices, balancing experimentation, insights, and execution.
Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
Mentor and support product managers, fostering innovation, growth, and excellence within the team.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in product management.
Proven track record of defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and successfully launching complex products.
Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights for prioritization and decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across teams.
Passion for creating user-centered experiences and driving measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have

Preferably in EdTech or SaaS.

Compensation: $130,000 – $166,000/year
