Phantom is looking for a Senior Product Marketer to develop and execute marketing campaigns across all product work streams. You will define positioning, messaging, and creative, analyze market trends, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, brainstorm facilitation, creative direction, copywriting, and performance reporting.
- Translate features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulate the product's value proposition and differentiate it from competitors.
- Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets including videos, static assets, social posts, and blog posts to educate and engage users.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for products or services used by millions of users.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Nice to Have
- Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto.
- Ideally use dApps (ex. DeFi, NFT marketplaces) on a semi-regular basis.
- Experience in crypto.
