About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead initiatives accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale for a health and fitness platform. You will define the product vision and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize onboarding flows, engagement features, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior, market insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and measure impact.
  • Lead a growth-focused squad including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create integrated growth strategies.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with a record of delivering impactful results.
  • Experience managing mobile digital consumer products at scale.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems and define clear goals and metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity on strategy and initiatives.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping users achieve meaningful goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with growth strategies, user engagement optimization, and monetization initiatives.
