Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Growth (E-commerce / Digital Transformation) Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone Industry: E-commerce Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to architect the comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy. You will spearhead initiatives that amplify customer acquisition, conversion rates, recurring purchases, and maximize customer lifetime value while orchestrating experimentation and cross-functional team efforts to deliver measurable enhancements. Responsibilities: - Develop the e-commerce growth strategy across customer journey stages, prioritizing initiatives with maximum revenue potential. - Conduct rapid A/B and multivariate testing across Shopify platform, applications, product merchandising, page content, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, transaction process, and post-purchase engagement. - Implement and enhance marketing signal tracking across primary growth channels (Meta, Google). - Innovate referral program features and optimize customer interaction experience. - Develop comprehensive SEO strategy including technical optimization, content development, and AI traffic enhancement. - Assess and integrate Shopify ecosystem applications (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, payments, localization), manage vendor relationships, and coordinate technical implementation. - Manage product roadmap from strategic planning, requirements definition, design conception, and guide technical execution and validation. Requirements: Qualifications: - 5+ years experience in e-commerce product management, growth strategy, or digital experience roles. - Comprehensive expertise with Shopify, experimental methodologies, and analytics platforms. - Profound knowledge of growth marketing, search engine optimization, referral mechanisms, and conversion enhancement strategies. - Demonstrated capability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and external partnership ecosystems. - Exceptional analytical capabilities with precision-driven decision-making approach.
