Nium is hiring a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Global Payouts product line. In this role, you will define the product strategy and lead its development to serve a global customer base.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Global Payouts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale payout solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Establish key performance metrics and own the product's commercial success.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong track record of managing complex, cross-border products from conception to launch.
- Expertise in gathering and translating market and customer needs into detailed product requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be based in Bangalore.
