Hopper is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Disruption Core & Commerce team. In this role, you will focus on solving travel disruption problems by building innovative fintech products at the intersection of business, software development, data science, and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage a product roadmap across multiple business objectives and distribution channels, executing high-impact items.
- Leverage AI to improve customer experience and internal implementation processes.
- Work closely with external partners on new and existing implementations to build and maintain trust.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand feature gaps and develop solutions.
- Rapidly test sound hypotheses through merchandising experiments across the customer journey to increase revenue.
- Use data to identify user behavior and purchase patterns, validating hypotheses through experiments.
- Launch new partnerships end-to-end, from sales pitch to design, development, customer service, and optimization.
- Work with customer service to understand and identify trends in customer problems.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, legal, and other stakeholders to launch innovative features quickly and bug-free.
- Learn and use a diverse set of analytics and AI tools.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful and delightful features at scale.
- Experience incorporating AI into products or processes to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong experience, knowledge, or keen interest in Fintech, Insurtech, or risk-based products.
- Innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to think and operate strategically.
- Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems.
- Experience connecting innovative solutions to real-world user problems with the business needs of a scaling organization.
- Technical depth to communicate with and earn the respect of engineers and data scientists.
- A proactive track record of persuading colleagues with compelling narratives.
- Past success analyzing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- No ego and a strong focus on doing what is right for the customer and company.
