Shape the future of AI-powered fundraising by leading product strategy for intelligent systems that empower nonprofit organizations. In this role, you’ll bring AI capabilities from concept to reality, focusing on rapid prototyping, agentic workflows, and data integrity to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deploy AI agents and prototypes using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks in close collaboration with engineering and AI architects
- Evolve an AI fundraising assistant by staying actively engaged with emerging models, tools, and development environments
- Modernize the AI product development lifecycle by championing a demo-first approach where working prototypes define requirements
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to generate high-impact artifacts such as product briefs, prompt designs, and evaluation frameworks
- Minimize documentation overhead by emphasizing observable system behavior and iterative feedback
- Design and oversee data architectures and integration layers that support scalable, governed AI functionality
- Manage the public API and partner integrations to ensure readiness for next-generation AI use cases
- Act as a central connector across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to align execution with strategic goals
- Partner with product marketing to articulate AI value propositions and equip sales and customer success with tools that drive nonprofit impact
- Ensure all features meet standards for safety, reliability, and long-term scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on technical, data-intensive, or AI-driven SaaS products
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered features in production environments
- Hands-on experience building prototypes or workflows using modern AI development tools
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agentic patterns
- Familiarity with APIs, distributed systems, and third-party integration ecosystems
- Strong grasp of how data quality and governance influence AI performance
- Ability to operate as a builder—combining product strategy with technical and design insight
- Experience working across engineering, design, and GTM functions in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Drive and ownership to move quickly amid ambiguity and evolving technology
Nice to Have
