In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology product portfolio within your assigned region. You will build and maintain key relationships with medical institutions to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.

Develop and implement visitation plans for medical institutions according to company coverage requirements.
Use promotion techniques and materials to provide medical information, introduce products, and handle inquiries.
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with medical institutions, continuously improving their satisfaction.
Explore existing market potential and develop new markets to ensure growth in product market share.
Execute company market development strategies and new product procurement plans for institutions.
Organize specialized academic activities to promote products according to company strategy.
Establish, update, and maintain detailed medical institution data to formulate action plans.
Regularly analyze regional situations and identify potential markets as key development areas.
Notify medical and pharmacy personnel about services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market developments.
Track medical institution inventory and procurement to ensure reasonable stock and prevent shortages.
Ensure monthly product consumption at institutions and prevent expired product returns.
Coordinate with marketing and commercial departments, maintaining good relationships with experts to support tenders and medical insurance catalog reviews.
Understand competitor products and activities, collect market intelligence, and provide feedback to supervisors.
Complete various reports accurately and on time.
Use company funds and resources effectively and reasonably.
Master complete and updated product knowledge to ensure promotion aligns with marketing.
Continuously learn and skillfully use product materials and other promotional aids.
Read relevant medical journals, articles, and reports related to products and competitors.
Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, financial systems, and ethical standards.
