Pluxee is hiring a CX Expert to champion customer-centricity and drive meaningful improvements for both customers and agents. Your mission is to identify friction points, spearhead innovation, and align the organization around strategies that deliver value at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Continuously assess stakeholder experiences across touchpoints and propose targeted improvements.
- Challenge existing customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to redesign processes, streamlining operations and improving service delivery.
- Champion a customer-centric culture, aligning departments around shared goals and embedding customer focus into daily operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, data, and performance metrics.
- Implement innovative solutions, introducing new technologies and AI-driven tools like chatbots and self-service platforms.
- Maintain and evolve the CX dashboard to track KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a CX-focused role, ideally in B2B or B2C service industries.
- A proven track record of leading or contributing to CX transformation initiatives.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of Customer Journey Evaluation and Feedback Management methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI and Digital Tools such as chatbots and web platforms.
- The ability to build, interpret, and manage CX Dashboards and KPIs.
- Knowledge of Customer Care Operations and supporting processes.
- Customer Focus: You put the customer at the heart of every decision.
- Innovation-Driven: You seek out and apply new ideas to improve experiences.
- Collaborative: You work cross-functionally to align teams and drive change.
- Results-Oriented: You deliver measurable improvements, even under pressure.

- An MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
