GEA Farm Technologies is hiring a Commercial Sales & Service Support professional to play a pivotal role in our commercial sales and service operations for the industrial refrigeration sector. You will be the central point for managing customer interactions and internal processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and website and coordinate timely follow-ups internally.
- Handle quotation requests, prepare quotes for standard spare parts or machines, and follow up with customers.
- Oversee purchase orders, create sales orders, manage logistics, and coordinate internal processes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage customer invoicing and support debt collection.
- Handle claim management, warranties, and incident resolution.
- Maintain CRM data for opportunities, leads, service tickets, and contracts.
- Prepare documentation for third-party collaborations.
- Travel occasionally to factories or customer sites.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or a related technological field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Native proficiency in Portuguese and high business-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain/Portugal and occasionally across Europe.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- A proven track record of maintaining proactive business relationships with customers, key accounts, and stakeholders.
- Structured problem-solving skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- A degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional business or marketing education.
- Experience ideally in Industrial Refrigeration or related fields.
- Financial knowledge of company key figures.
