FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is hiring a Sr. Operations Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. This role provides critical support in the development, implementation, and execution of the strategy and tools necessary to operationalize our risk management framework. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to mapping, assessing, and addressing risk across the credit union, enabling us to fulfill our vision of enriching the lives of our members, employees, and communities.
What You'll Do
- Leverage subject matter expertise to identify, manage, monitor, and track risk across all areas of the Credit Union.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the credit union's risk framework, along with supporting policies and procedures.
- Identify significant operational processes for evaluation of design and controls.
- Work with management and business areas to analyze, rate, and mitigate significant risks by ensuring controls, standards, and processes are defined and implemented.
- Manage the identification, tracking, reporting, and maintenance of the Credit Union’s Reportable Events program.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for leadership, committees, and the Board.
- Design and deliver educational materials to support the desired organizational risk management framework and culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in a financial institution with a focus on Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Visio.

Team & Environment
You will provide critical support to the Risk Leadership team and report to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer and FVP of Enterprise and Third-Party Risk Management.
