Celsius Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Senior National Account Manager to lead the development and growth of our products within the Walmart Omni Channel environment. Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, you will set the go-to-market strategy, build joint business plans, and align cross-functional efforts to drive revenue.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major retail partners, meeting directly with buyers and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on key account performance to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead sales forecasting and production planning to ensure seamless execution aligned with customer demand.
- Collaborate with Celsius’ distributor network and senior management to align business objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with assigned national retail partners.
- Align on annual business plans including volume targets, execution standards, investments, and performance scorecards.
- Monitor market performance using reporting tools like IRI and Power BI, providing regular insights to leadership.
- Manage key account pricing strategies and promotional calendars, ensuring accuracy across all accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of selling experience in the consumer products industry.
- National account management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of the beverage industry, including direct sales, order management, and logistics.
- Experience with internal CPG functions such as Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools like IRI and Excel.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License; must pass an MVR screening.
- Ability to travel ~40%, including overnight stays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must live within 1 hour of a major international airport.
