Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland (CCEP) is looking for a strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This business-facing leadership role is responsible for shaping and guiding the TA function to meet the organization’s hiring needs. You will lead the team in delivering end-to-end recruitment aligned with workforce planning while managing key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth plans.
- Conceptualize and implement employer branding strategies to increase talent attraction.
- Lead on critical and senior hiring, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding.
- Lead mass recruitment campaigns to support restructuring, digital transformation, and expansion.
- Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure delivery of recruitment based on metrics like time to fill, job offer acceptance rate, and cost per hire.
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs using innovative sourcing techniques.
- Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and networks.
- Contribute to global TA projects, process enhancements, and systems rollouts.
- Partner with hiring managers to build inclusive, capability-led teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Represent TA externally at community, university, and industry events.
- Align team delivery with business priorities and succession planning goals.
- Continuously build the capability of TA professionals through coaching and performance management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusion.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement in sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Own the TA budget.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced verbal and written English skills.
Nice to Have
- 6 – 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency).
- Experience in companies on growth mode with volume hiring.
- Experience leading or coaching a team.
- A track record of sourcing and hiring diverse, high-performing talent.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience using SuccessFactors, Eightfold, or similar ATS.
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and local employment law.
- Strong communication, organization, and planning capabilities.
