About the Role

Blue Cross NC is looking for a Sr. Medicare Operations Consultant to take a lead role in strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving key departmental functions and managing critical business relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Lead departmental strategic planning.
  • Develop business plans.
  • Manage business relationships.
  • Conduct reporting, data, and budget analysis.
  • Lead special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Salary range: $173,776.00 - $278,041.00.
