Nextech is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to own our marketing technology stack and enable data-driven decision making. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring data integrity across our campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own the marketing technology stack (including Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase) and drive operational excellence.
- Manage campaign execution, lead flow, and data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
- Build and optimize marketing automation programs, including nurture streams and scoring models.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales to align on lead management, SLAs, and campaign follow-up.
- Stay current on marketing technology trends and recommend new tools and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to build and optimize marketing automation programs and lead scoring models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Marketo certification is a plus.
- Experience with Demandbase or other ABM platforms is a plus.
